I'm actively searching for the boat right now and have a couple of good leads and I don't want to tip off anyone. ;-) If I give up on any of the current leads I'll post details about them and lots of pics.
I HIGHLY recommend you have a digital camera and take pictures of everything, it has been very helpful to me.
I also recommend you bring a flash light, at the courtesy showing, the selling broker doesn't really need to help find you problems, s/he wants you to proceed to making an offer.
