Passed my Amateur Radio General Exam

Well, cross off another thing from the to do list. I passed my General amateur radio exam today at the Mike and Key Club Fleamarket. I got there early and was lucky number 13 in line, but that ominous number didn't stop me from being fist done and passing my general exam! I got 33 out of 36 which is right where I felt end up as I was taking the test. It feels good to have that out of the way. Now I can buy a boat and a radio. I currently don't even own a transmitter.

As for studying, I can't say enough about www.HamTestOnlin.com which is how I studied for my exam. In basically three weeks I covered all 468 questions in the pool and studied the top 75% most asked questions for the past week. There was one question I didn't feel I had seen very much, but when you can get 9 wrong; who cares. ;-) Awesome program, its so good I might just get my Extra since it seems so easy.
