A few Bike lockers still remain...
I also read an article in the Times (more to com later) that the Marina is only planned to be 85% full after construction and giving everyone off the the waiting list a slip. I need to wade into the details behind all that but I think if you have a 35'-40' boat you should be getting on the list NOW.
- The contractor's lay down area for Phase III of dock installation is in the parking lot just east of the old N, O & P docks. The sidewalk and fire lane will be closed when floats are transferred from trucks to the water. The contractor will remain in this area until end of February 2008.
- Bike storage lockers and bike racks have been installed throughout the marina. There are only a few bike lockers remaining to be rented. Contact the Marina Office if you would like to store your bike out of the weather this winter.
- The contractor will install the last finger float (southeast corner) on H-dock this week. No impact to boats on either H-dock or G-dock is expected during the installation.
Phase III Dock Schedule:
New P dock to be completed February 1, 2008 - 36 foot slips
New Q dock to be completed February 22, 2008 - 34 and 36 foot slips
