I have been noticing a barge dredging just off of the Sculpture park for some time now and rumors at work were there were plans to put in a new pier. I found that kind of hard to believe a little research turned up that what is really going on is a cleanup of sediment polluted by a storm water runoff pipe which used to exist in the area.
